Remember that thing called WebOS?
I guess HP, who bought Palm for $1.2Billion, doesn’t either.
HP will put its mobile future in the hands of Android, which is pretty much synonymous with “Samsung” devices these days.
Best of luck to HP to try and make a dent in the mobile industry this late in the game, with an OS that already is being dominated by a single OEM, with an OS that already has a wide variety of OEM choices for consumers, with an OS thats is created by a company that acquired an OEM.
Call me crazy, but I am starting to think that Léo Apotheker accurately saw the writing on the wall for HP in the consumer computing industry. The death of HP wont be about picking wrong. It will be about failing to make a decision and focus.
Quality Leadership
Wow. It has been over 2 months and she is still pinning their lack of direction and conviction for webOS on previous guy.
Basically, we’re back where we started when Leo Apotheker got HP into this mess, and the dream of millions of webOS fans is fading fast.
