Going Further with the Option Key in Mac OS X

For a while now I have wanted to start a recurring post entitled “The Many Options of Mac”, but I have never figured out how I wanted to structure it and I never got around to doing it.

Mac Tuts Plus put out a great post about how the option key can provide many hidden options or actions to the user.  Take a few minutes and read through their write up.

All About the Details

I like Apple because of its attention to the small details.

Without iCloud synchronization, Reminders for Mac would only be a glorified todo list

Reminders is in fact supposed to be a To Do list.  It is a place for common users to create To Do list items with alerts.  That is what it was on iOS and it is what it is on OSX.  The existence and implementation of iCloud or not does not change that fact.

Typically the tuts+ network is pretty good. Everyone makes mistakes.
